After reporting multiple cases of Covid in the last week, Dancing with the Stars returned to the Disney+ ballroom Monday to honor Elvis Presley and to showcase how much Tyra Banks towers over her hosting partner Alfonso Ribeiro. Those two need to stand at opposite sides of the stage! The pro lineup was unfortunately one hoofer short: Daniella Karagach tested positive for the virus overnight so her partner Joseph Baena had to mask up and perform with fill-in troupe dancer Alexis Warr.

Daniella Karagach will be missing from the ballroom floor on tonight’s episode of Dancing With The Stars.

Joseph Baena will have a new partner on Monday’s “Dancing with the Stars” after his current pro, Daniella Karagach tested positive for COVID.A spokesperson for the show confirmed Karagach tested positive overnight. She is asymptomatic and self-quarantining.

Emily Longeretta Along with four crew members, “Dancing With the Stars” pro Daniella Karagach has tested positive for COVID-19. The pro dancer, who is partnered with Joseph Baena, will not be in attendance during Monday’s “Elvis week.” “She is completely asymptomatic and is self-quarantining. Everyone who has been in close contact with her has tested negative,” a Disney+ spokesperson tells Variety. “Dance troupe member Alexis Warr will step in and dance with Joseph in Daniella’s place tonight. Following our strict protocols, those considered close contacts to Daniella will be masked on tonight’s show.” Karagach is married to “Dancing With the Stars” pro Pasha Pashkov, who is paired with Teresa Giudice.
