Dancing On Ice's Dan Whiston on 'manic live show day' after 'stressed stars had to miss rehearsals'

This week was a stressful one on Dancing On Ice, according to Associate Creative Director Dan Whiston. Due to the heavy winds from Storm Eunice, rehearsals had to cease with everything still unfinished on Saturday, one day before the live show. "On Sunday morning everyone was stressed to the max because they hadn't had their normal rehearsal time," Dan shared.
Luckily, the show was a treat as always and saw some spectacular routines taking place, and guest judge Arlene Phillips took to the panel too.This week, Happy Mondays star Bez became the next celebrity to leave the hit show after a skate-off against Corrie's Sally Dynevor. Props week would've been perfect for Bez – he actually joked and asked me for a settee for it so he could just be pushed around. In some ways he's probably relieved to have left but he went out on a bang, and he's ticked the box in the respect that he wanted to learn how to skate and he's done that. I had so much more up my sleeve for that crash helmet! ARLENE'S SCORING I thought Arlene on the panel as a guest judge was brilliant.
She was a great add and it throws it up there a little bit to get an outside opinion. Suddenly someone's brand new to the show and they're going to sit in that seat and just judge on what they see. Not everyone is willing to agree but then again not everyone should agree because
