Dame Deborah James' funeral was held on July 20 in a private ceremony which saw friends and family lay the star known as BowelBabe to rest. After campaigning tirelessly to raise awareness for bowel cancer, Dame Deborah, 40, raised almost £7 million for research and was made a Dame for her efforts. But sadly the much-loved campaigner, podcast host and fundraiser lost her fight against bowel cancer on June 28.

The journalist and broadcaster's farewell took place on Wednesday 20 July, in Barnes, London, and was attended by the ITV star, 62, along with a number of other famous faces.
