Fun days out are available across the UK, many of them free or discounted, as a big thank you to National Lottery players who raise £30million for good causes every week.
Hundreds of National Lottery-funded venues, from castles and cathedrals to gardens and galleries, are opening their doors, offering tours, workshops, trial sessions and much more.
Your National Lottery ticket, from any game, online or in store, unlocks exciting experiences and special offers near you from Saturday, March 19 to Sunday, March 27.
You won’t have to travel far, either – just enter your postcode at nationallotteryopenweek.com and search for offers near you.
More than 130 National Trust sites are offering free entry, including the magnificent medieval Chirk Castle in Wales and Mount Stewart in County Down.
At Shakespeare’s New Place in Stratford-Upon-Avon, you can follow in the Bard’s footsteps at the site of his family home for 19 years.
And in Cornwall, the futuristic biomes of the world-renowned Eden Project are home to the flora of the world’s different temperature zones.
If you fancy a free go at the sport that won Team GB two medals at the Beijing Winter Olympics, give curling a go at Inverness Ice Centre.
