In one shot, the 12 year old was standing by a towering sports-themed birthday cake which had a red football shirt decorated on it with the number seven, representing his dad’s place in his national Portugal team. Cristiano Jr. was captured smiling by the impressive cake as he was surrounded by gold star confetti and was joined by his dad, Georgina, and his siblings in another photo as they posed together. Georgina looked stunning as she cradled her newborn daughter Bella Esmerelda in the snaps wearing a strapless blue printed dress with her dark brown hair tied back in a low bun.
The family were also seen sat tucking into a meal around a table under the sun with guests as they continued to celebrate.
