Coronation Street fans think they have worked out a new twist involving Sarah Barlow as newcomer Lydia Chambers continues to destroy her marriage to Adam. On Friday's episode, Lydia, who has been making Adam's life hell and scheming for weeks to get revenge, was confronted by Sarah as she asked whether they were having an affair.To which Lydia, who has been creating fake evidence and clues to support her lie, pretended that she was in a relationship with Adam, leaving Sarah heartbroken.The duo were soon interrupted by the arrival of Adam to which he quickly insisted that Lydia was lying through her teeth as he chased the sinister newcomer onto the cobbles for a confrontation.

Viewers will recall that Sarah and Adam have been trying for a baby recently and fans think Sarah will finally discover she's pregnant — just after kicking Adam out. Taking to social media, one person said: "Is this where Sarah finds out she's pregnant?" A different account agreed with the theory, replying: "More than likely!" While another follower added over Sarah potentially being pregnant: "Obviously!" It comes as fans predicted Lydia's downfall after she destroyed Adam and Sarah as part of her sinister revenge plan.
