Matthew Wolfenden teased his wife Charley Webb’s return to Emmerdale on Tuesday’s episode of This Morning.The actor, 41 , who plays David Metcalfe on the soap, appeared on the ITV chatshow to discuss Meena Jutla's explosive murder storyline – where he appeared to accidentally let slip that his character survives. Yet chat soon turned to whether his wife Charley, 33, who plays Debbie Dingle, would be returning to Emmerdale anytime soon.
