Loose Women host Nadia Sawalha has opened up about her weight loss journey in a new YouTube video.

She recently starred as a guest host on Loose Women, and Sophie Morgan instantly captured the hearts of viewers as she was met with praise for her debut on the show's iconic panel. Sophie joined Christine Lampard, Coleen Nolan, and Jane Moore, for a segment titled 'Sophie Morgan: The day my life changed forever'.

Jane McDonald will return to the Loose Women panel next week for the first time since losing fiancé Ed Rothe back in April. It has been two years since the singer appeared on the daytime show and so this announcement comes as welcome news for Jane and her upcoming co-hosts.
