Coronation Street's Justin to get his comeuppance as he has his day in court

ITV soap saw Justin (played by Andrew Still) take drastic action on Daisy's (Charlotte Jordan) wedding day. After months of becoming infatuated with her, with the barmaid rejecting him multiple times, he took matters into his own hands and tried to throw acid at her. Wanting to prove he'd still love her despite the burns he would've inflicted, his sick plan took a turn when Ryan (Ryan Prescott) jumped in the way.
Since the attack, Coronation Street viewers have seen Ryan struggle to come to terms with his new appearance after having to undergo skin grafts to his face and neck. In upcoming scenes, it looks as though justice may be served as Justin finally has his day in court. Later on in the Rovers, Daisy speaks to Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) where she reveals Justin pleaded guilty to the assault on her. However, her mind still isn't at ease as he's still a free man. Wanting to try and reassure her, Jenny tells Daisy it'll be a different outcome after next week's trial, positive he'll be sentenced.
But as Daisy was let down by the police consistently when reporting Justin's stalking, will she have faith in the authorities when it comes to the final verdict?Meanwhile, since the attack, Ryan has been finding comfort in speaking to potential love interest Crystal (Erin Austen).
