Coronation Street fans fear for Brian’s safety after arrival of ‘suspicious’ cousin Isabella

Coronation Street fans are convinced mild-mannered shop keeper Brian Packham could soon be in danger, after his mysterious ‘cousin’ Isabella arrived on the cobbles on Friday. As regular fans will know, Brian has been enamoured by all things Italian in recent weeks, after he took a DNA ancestry test which revealed he had Italian ancestry.
One of the added bonuses of the test, also meant Brian was able to contact other relatives that he was genetically linked to, something which soon lead him to discover he had a cousin by the name of Isabella. Just weeks after discovering they were related, Brian invited Isabella to visit him in Weatherfield, with fans immediately suspicious about the mystery newcomer.
The concerns were even shared by Brian’s close pal Mary, who asked her all about her life in Italy as she was keen to know more about her as she suspected she wasn’t being entirely honest. Brian quickly rebuffed the concerns and instead asked Isabella about it, prompting the newcomer to boldly declare “Don’t worry Mary, I do not kill your boyfriend in the night!” The trio soon laughed off the situation, but viewers at home aren’t so easily soothed by the explanation, with many fearing Brian may be ripped off by Isabella - or worse! Taking to social media, one fan wrote: “Mary could be right, Brian could be getting ripped off.” A second viewer also shared their concerns as they wrote: "Mary is right to have her suspicions.
