WandaVision is coming to Disney+ at the top of 2021, with Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow, the character's long-awaited solo film, coming to theaters on May 7, 2021, a whole year after it was first set to debut. Black Widow will be the first Marvel theatrical film to hit theaters since the start of the pandemic. The content only snowballs from there with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and Loki also coming in the first half of 2021.

NEW YORK -- A leading independent bookstore, the Colorado-based Tattered Cover, has been sold to a group of investors and will become the country's largest Black-led bookseller.An investment group led by Denver natives Kwame Spearman, who will serve as CEO and operations manager, and David Back purchased the Tattered Cover for an undisclosed amount of money. The previous owners, Len Vlahos and Kristen Gilligan, will remain in an unofficial capacity through June.

Texas GOP Rep.-elect Beth Van Duyne, who got started in local politics because of her daughter's preexisting health condition, said Americans should no longer be stuck with the Affordable Care Act. Van Duyne, who won one of the most competitive open congressional seats in the country, said she wants to work on providing a replacement for the act, known as ObamaCare, because the law's promise to make health care affordable has been broken.

WASHINGTON – When Congressman-elect Barry Moore enters Congress early next year, he plans immediately to join the fight to keep President Trump in office, challenging Electoral College votes with Rep. Mo Brooks, a fellow Alabama Republican.

An incoming Republican congresswoman from Colorado has a lighthearted proposal on how to get Democrats to accept the concealed carry of firearms. “Democrats should think of concealed carry as masks for our guns,” Rep.-elect Lauren Boebert, 33, tweeted Thursday.

Rep.-elect Kat Cammack, the youngest GOP congresswoman elected this year, said she plans to fight for the rights of unborn babies -- just like her mother fought to keep her.  Cammack, newly elected to represent Florida's 3rd Congressional District, said her mother suffered a stroke at age 27 when pregnant with her sister and faced a long recovery of learning to walk again. Doctors warned she wouldn't survive another pregnancy.

Rep.-elect Troy Nehls, a Texas sheriff and newly elected congressman, is in Washington preaching a message of "mutual respect" as America grapples with racial unrest, criminal justice reforms and efforts to dismantle police departments.

Georgia Rep.-elect Carolyn Bourdeaux fell just 433 votes shy of becoming a congresswoman in 2018 in the tightest House race in the country. But two years later, the college professor and public policy expert mounted a comeback by beating GOP emergency room physician Rich McCormick by more than 10,000 votes and becoming the first woman to represent Georgia's 7th Congressional District.

Republican Carlos Gimenez, who toppled a Democratic incumbent in November to win a South Florida congressional seat, brings to Washington nearly three decades of leadership in local governance, tackling budget cutbacks, public safety and most recently the coronavirus pandemic. Gimenez, who served as mayor of Miami-Dade County for much of the last decade, says he's proven he can cut taxes, make government run smoothly, spur economic development and even slash his own salary by 50%.

Thirteen congressional districts have flipped red during the 2020 election bringing more diverse representation to the GOP than ever before, including Utah Rep.-elect and former NFL player Burgess Owens. Owens joined “Fox & Friend Weekend” on Sunday representing the GOP’s new “freedom force,” opposing Democratic Rep.

Beginning in April 2021, the nation’s biggest cable provider will charge up to $100 if broadband users exceed the maximum monthly allotment — and some Comcast customers are upset about the change.The new terms affect Comcast broadband customers in 14 states and Washington, D.C., who are not on an unlimited data plan.
