‘Clerks 3’ Trailer: Jeff Anderson, Rosario Dawson Return for Cult Classic’s Newest Installment

Kevin Smith returned to Comic-Con this year more excited than ever to talk about his work, especially the new Clerks III movie. 

It came as a bit of shock earlier this week when news broke that Bill Murray would in fact not be in Wes Anderson‘s latest outing, “Asteroid City.” After all, Murray first announced the movie’s title in October 2021 at the BFI London Film Festival. The actor is also a mainstay in Anderson’s ensembles, appearing in nine of the director’s films over the years.

Jo Koy addressed his split from Chelsea Handler on Friday, saying that he and his ex-girlfriend remain great friends. «The love is still there,» he told TMZ's cameras at LAX airport in Los Angeles. «We've always been great friends.» Koy and Handler announced their breakup on Monday just before their one-year anniversary.

THE BOYZ are gearing up to return with new music in August, as confirmed by IST Entertainment.Earlier today (July 22), the South Korean music label published a statement via local news outlet Herald Pop to announce the forthcoming release of the K-pop boyband’s next mini-album next month, with a release date also unveiled. More specifics regarding the EP’s title, tracklist and more are to be released at a later stage.“On August 16, THE BOYZ will release their seventh mini-album and begin [their comeback] promotions,” the brief statement read, as translated by Soompi. “Starting with a trailer film on July 25 at midnight [KST], we will be gradually releasing a variety of teaser content bit by bit,” wrote IST Entertainment.

On yet another full moon, Beacon Hills is infested with evil spirits in the new hair-raising teaser trailer for Paramount+’s “Teen Wolf: The Movie.” The clip — which was unveiled at San Diego’s Comic-Con during the Hall H panel (with stars Tyler Posey and Tyler Hoechlin and executive producer Jeff Davis — appears to tease the return of the Nogitsune, a Void Kitsune who feeds on chaos, strife and pain and which possessed Dylan O’Brien’s Stiles Stilinski in Season 3, as well as the Oni demon warriors. Also returning are the main characters played by Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig, JR Bourne and Ian Bohen.“You want retribution against him, his friends, everyone he loves,” a menacing voice growls.

Blink and you will miss him! Kevin Smith‘s upcoming film Clerks 3 teases many cameos — including one from the filmmaker’s longtime friend Ben Affleck.

Clerks III – check it out below.Picking up after the 1994 original and its 2006 sequel, Clerks III follows Randal Graves (Jeff Anderson) after he suffers a life-threatening heart attack. With help from Dante (Brian O’Halloran), Elias (Trevor Fehrman), Becky (Rosario Dawson), Jay (Jason Mewes) and Silent Bob (Kevin Smith), Randal sets out to make a movie about working at the Quick Stop convenience store.Along with appearances from beloved characters Jay and Silent Bob, the trailer also features appearances from Ben Affleck, Fred Armisen and Sarah Michelle Gellar who audition for the meta-comedy.“Jay and Silent Bob are like C-3PO and R2-D2,” Randal remarks to Dante in the trailer.

Kevin Smith‘s entire career is a kind of navelgazing, either about pop culture, his own life or his own art. So, it’s not really much of a surprise his third film in the “Clerks” franchise, simply titled “Clerks III,” is a meta affair that looks back on Smith’s own career.
