Viewers were left "in tears" as they watched Claudia Winkleman do everything and anything Ant and Dec told her to do during a visit to IKEA in a skit for Saturday Night Takeaway. The Traitors host, 51, appeared on tonight's episode of the popular show during the 'Get Out of Me Ear' segment, where she went on a shopping trip to the popular Swedish furniture store to cause some chaos. During her visit, the hosting duo made Claudia have awkward encounters with some members of staff to ask about some products before throwing wooden spoons on the floor because they weren't the ones she wanted.
In the midst of the chaos, while she was testing out a pot while balancing it on her head, a fan of the presenter walked up to her to ask for a picture, which Claudia of course kept her pot on for. She also tried multiple beds with strangers before heading to the restaurant for the iconic meatballs.
However, she was fighting with her conscience as Ant and Dec told her to take a bite of a slice of cake while queuing for food before she were to put it back by the others. When later talking to Ant and Dec in the studio, Claudia said she found it a lot harder to do than she'd expected since she was doing "everything I keep telling my children not to do".
Fans found it just as cringeworthy as Claudia did as she watched herself back from the studio, but were also "crying" from laughter – just like Claudia did in the clips. One person said on Twitter: "Claudia Winkleman best part thus far #SaturdayNightTakeaway".
"Absolutely losing it at Claudia causing chaos in IKEA #SaturdayNightTakeaway," said a second person. Never miss a celebrity exclusive again! Become an OK! VIP and get all of our exclusive interviews, videos and stunning photo shoots
