Christine McGuinness admitted to feeling "a little lost" as she tries to navigate her new life after splitting up from her husband, Paddy McGuinness. The mum-of-three, 34, and the Top Gear host, 49, called time on their 11-year marriage in a joint statement on Instagram last month. Christine has since shared a number of high-spirited social media posts but the star appears to be feeling a little more measured in her recent snaps. The blonde beauty shared an image of a pink street sign, which read: "You'll always feel a little lost right before you find yourself." She also showed clips of her enjoying a "gorgeous sunset" and being joined by a "lonely bird" on the banks of the River Thames. Christine even shared a video of her enjoying a game of darts on a night out while posing happily for a snap in the street.
The star then captioned the series by saying: "Here’s some August for you. I’ve missed you." She then listed all the things that made her "smile". From spending "extra time" with her children and getting a haircut, to working on a project.
Despite her very public breakup, she seems keen to make the best of the situation. However, tragedy struck the model last month when she revealed she'd lost her beloved nan.The model, who had been enjoying a holiday in Devon following the breakdown of her marriage, admitted that life was "unpredictable". Sharing the sad news with fans, she wrote: "My Nan, the one with the words of wisdom, joined my grandad in heaven last week and it's hit me harder than I ever imagined.
"Then my dad turned 60... if you have read my story you will understand why this is huge, I can't help but wonder how he made it this far. "But I'm so grateful he is still here, even with his struggles, I'm thankful
