Charlotte Dawson has revealed she's "proud" of herself for going ahead with her plans in London after sharing she's suffered a devastating miscarriage.The 29 year old, who recently gushed over her son Noah in an appreciative post, took to her Instagram feed to share a series of photos of herself glammed up for an evening at Sea Containers London in Southbank.The star looked gorgeous in a green mini dress, which featured a giant bow across the front, puffed sleeves and a high collar. Holding one side of the skirt up to the side a little, Charlotte placed one leg in front, showing off her incredible tan, as she matched the ensemble with a pair of nude knee-high boots.
