King Charles III will show his "ruthless side" if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attempt to trash the Royal Family's reputation, a Royal expert has claimed. Katie Nicholl, the Royal Editor of Vanity Fair, spoke out following reports that Netflix have delayed a documentary that Prince Harry, 38, and Meghan, 41, had been creating.
Appearing on GB News on Tuesday (18 October), Katie said the monarch, 73, will not "stand back" and let the Royal Family's reputation be tarnished. She told Isabel Webster and Paul Hawkins: “We could be prepared to see the King's ruthless side in all of this.
He's not going to stand back and let the family or the institution or the reputation of the Crown, which is everything to him be tarnished or indeed trashed." The expert went on to outline how this could potentially play out, adding: “I think that whole issue of titles is up for discussion.That trust, that respect has to be earned. I don't think they're going to get those titles if they are seen to be tarnishing the institution.
"And I think perhaps, there might be a question mark over the future home maintenance titles, potentially, if they all seem to be deliberately tarnishing the reputation of the monarchy.” Katie's comments come after reports began circulating claiming that Netflix have postponed a documentary following the lives of Harry and Meghan. It's been alleged that the streaming giant postponed plans after facing backlash over recent days regarding the upcoming season of The Crown.
