Celebrity Gogglebox viewers were left confused as actress Denise Van Outen failed to mention her own starring role in a TC show featured on the programme.
Celebrity Gogglebox stars shared their memories of Neighbours as the Australian TV soap comes to an end. Dame Joanna Lumley and Denise van Outen were among the famous faces to comment on the demise of the show on Friday.
The cast of Channel 4's TV review show were shown highlights from the long history of Neighbours, including the marriage ofScott Mitchell and Charlene Robinson (played by Donovan and Minogue). The famous scene was watched by more than 20 million UK viewers at the time.

Denise van Outen said: "They were actually together dating, which is why it was so sweet".
But fans at home were left perplexed as to why Denise didn't bring up her own stint on the Aussie soap. The actress, 47, played Prue Wallace on the soap between 2019 and 2020 and was the on-screen mother to Harlow Robinson, played by Jason Donovan's daughter Jemma.

Neighbours aired for more than 9,000 episodes across its 37-year history. It helped kickstart the careers of stars including Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Margot Robbie, Liam Hemsworth and Guy Pierce.
