The 33-year-old British singer-songwriter, who shot to fame after appearing on Britain’s Got Talent, has announced that his sophomore album Bridges will be released on June 17. Pre-order it now on iTunes.
Calum has also released his new single “Heaven,” which is the fourth song to be released from the album following “Biblical,” “If You Ever Change Your Mind,” and “Rise.”
Calum said of the new song, “As songwriters, we’re always searching for new ways of saying ‘I miss you’ or ‘I love you’ or ‘I want you back.’ The concept of ‘Heaven’ is the love between two people being so powerful that it is far superior to anything else, any other form of paradise that could be offered. I loved the idea of putting the power into the relationship.”
After wrapping a run as support for The Script, Calum has announced that he’s going on a headlining tour of North America this summer.
