Taylor Swift will make her feature directorial debut with Searchlight Pictures, the company announced today. The acclaimed singer, songwriter and director has written an original script, which will be produced by the studio.

Deadline reports that Caitlin Cronenberg, daughter of David and sister of Brandon, just wrapped shooting on her feature directorial debut in Ontario, entitled “Humane.” And the film’s plot? Kind of in the family’s wheelhouse: a thriller about a wealthy family reckoning months after a global environmental collapse.

Jason David Frank, best known for his role as Tommy Oliver – the original green and white ranger – in the popular 1990s television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, has passed away. He was 49 years old.
