Voting figures for the Britain's Got Talent 2023 final have been revealed and show just how big Viggo Venn's win was despite backlash from viewers and booing from the show's live audience.
The latest run of the ITV talent show came to an end on Sunday night (June 4) with Viggo emerging victorious. The Norwegian comedian was told he had "captured the heart of the nation" with his high-vis inspired routines and has now bagged the £250,000 cash prize and a spot at the upcoming Royal Variety Performance.
Viggo beat off stiff competition from 13-year-old dancer Lilliana Clifton and 14-year-old magician Cillian O’Connor finishing in second and third place respectively.

However, the voting figures for the BGT final has shown that viewers voted in their droves for the slightly bonkers act. It has now been revealed Viggo gained 22 percent of the public vote to be crowned 2023 winner.
Lilliana, who came runner-up with her gymnast dance act, took 13.1% of the overall vote while third place Cillian received 11.8% of the public vote - giving Viggo a clear win.
After winning the show, host Declan Donnelly asked how he felt to have "captured the heart of the nation”, to which Viggo said: "Not just the heart of Britain, but the heart of Simon," after getting him up on stage during his final performance.
However, the results come after the unexpected winner faced boos from the live audience as they appeared unhappy at the result.
And some watching the final unfold at home demanded it should be the last series of the popular Saturday night show.
