In an interview with E! News, the actor revealed which sibling from the Netflix series he wants to take center stage in an upcoming season.

“I can’t wait to walk Eloise down the aisle for so many reasons,” he told the outlet. “Partly because, if there’s ever going to be another character that has a bigger arc as Anthony, in terms of having to overcome psychological warfare, it’s going to be Eloise.”
He went on to say that Eloise, who’s played by Claudia Jessie in the show, would have to “overcome” her innermost fears if she wanted to get married. But as fans know, Eloise is opposed to marriage as she’s a feminist. But since the show is focused on the Bridgerton siblings’ relationships, Jonathan thinks she may change her mind.
“I can’t wait—as a fan—to see that evolution,” he said.
As for whether Eloise’s character arc would echo that of Julia Quinn‘s books, in which Eloise ends up with Phillip Crane, Jonathan replied: “We’ll have to wait and see.”
