Boy, 9, forced to live in dog kennel by evil parents pictured in cage as baby

An abused young boy forced to live outside in a dog kennel has been seen in pictures locked in a cage as a baby. The unnamed youngster, now aged nine, suffered horrific neglect at the hands of his father Jonathan Starr, stepmother Sarah, and Sarah's aunt Shelley Barnes.
He was found in the freezing dog kennel on October 19 in Lexington, North Carolina, USA. The boy had been made to live there since April, and was discovered without shoes and sleeping on straw. He had been banned from the 1,400 square foot house where the adults and his four siblings lived.
According to the Daily Star, the family had moved to the property after fleeing their home in Paradise, California when it was was destroyed in a wildfire in 2018. Following the birth of his half-brother, the youngster had also been erased from family social media photos.
Shelley, 56, Jonathan, 32, and Sarah, 40, have since been arrested on child abuse charges. The boy, who remains anonymous along with his siblings, is currently being cared for by social services. The ages of his siblings range from eight months old to seven years.
Jonathan and Sarah married in 2017 – she already had two children from a previous relationship, both of which are younger than the exiled boy. The couple had their first child together the same year, but within 12 months they were forced to relocate after their home burned down in a wildfire..
Shelley has a long list of previous convictions and has been arrested 34 times in the past. Her home was found with several confederate flags inside as well as pictures of people wearing KKK uniforms.
