River Clyde.Emergency services raced to the scene near Garrion Bridge in Larkhall after the youngster got into difficulty in the water at around 3.15pm on Sunday, June 13.Ambulance crews attended and the boy was rushed to Glasgow's Royal Hospital for Children for treatment.Police confirmed this morning that he has tragically died.Locals say it is a popular spot for youths to congregate despite the current being “really strong”.There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.A Police
