Bo+Tee have fast become my favourite activewear brand- and I don't say that lightly.
There are many things that I look for in a gym wear brand, especially because of my age, I need a lot more support and comfort than I maybe used to.
This is why, since receiving a handful of products from the Bo+Tee gang, it has been one of the best ranges I have come across which deliver on everything they promise.

In other words- the fit is perfect (cynched in enough at the waist for support but enough room in the glutes) and the sports bras/ tops/ jackets fit in all the right places too (not bulging in your curves etc).
This set is the Form +Function Collection Dynamic Long Sleeve Top in Lead Blue with matching Definition Mini Shorts.
My biggest insecurity is that I can really bloat, so I love any of my gym wear to really cynch me in.
This set is great, and I feel comfortable enough to wear the shorts in a busy gym with the fit being perfect for my size.
I don't do any running in the gym, so I find I don't even need to wear a sports bra underneath, the sizing is great for having all the support you need when wearing them alone.
Form + Function Collection
I feel like I have found my new favourite top shape.
So, when I had a look at what styles the Bo+Tee collections had to offer, this one was a bit of a risk for me.
Although, I have managed to get much more lean since the first lockdown where I put on around a stone, so wearing a top like this I would never even contemplate just because I wouldn't feel comfortable.
Here I tried the High Energy Zip Up Top in beige and in training leggings in beige- £55 for both.
I mean, as women we will never be happy-
