‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ Star Letitia Wright Reportedly Spreading Anti-Vax Views On The Set Of Marvel’s Sequel

Dorothy Steel was an actress best known for playing a tribal elder in Marvel’s “Black Panther.”Steel didn’t begin acting until long after her retirement from her career as a senior revenue officer with the Internal Revenue Service. In fact, she was in her 80s when she first appeared on stage, in plays put on by her Atlanta-area senior center.

Lupita Nyong’o shared a touching tribute on Instagram following the death of her “Black Panther” co-star, Dorothy Steel. She died this past Friday, in her home in Detroit.

Black Panther co-star Dorothy Steel, who has died at the age of 95.Steel played one of the elders in the first Marvel film directed by Ryan Coogler, and went on to star in the sequel alongside Nyong’o. The actor fell ill while filming, and flew home to be with her family.“I will miss Miss Dorothy Steel on the Black Panther 2 set,” Nyong’o wrote on her Instagram account.
