They’re officially Oscar hopefuls. The 95th annual Academy Awards nominations are here, and these stars are feeling thankful for the recognition.

She’s garnered a 14th nomination in the category with “Applause,” from the little-seen doc Tell It Like a Woman.

Onyx Collective has landed a pair of documentaries including Questlove’s upcoming Sly Stone film.

Sheba, a one-hour-scripted drama series, from Chantelle Wells (Yellowjackets), Azie Tesfai (Supergirl) and Ryan Coogler’s Proximity Media, is being developed by Onyx Collective for Hulu. The project was announced Saturday during Onyx Collective’s panel at the Sundance Film Festival.

The Sundance Institute has unveiled its lineups of Beyond Film and Partner Programming for the hybrid 2023 Sundance Film Festival, the in-person component of which is taking place in Utah from January 19-29.
