In an interview with ahead of their big day, Christmas, 40, shared that she initially just wanted to go to a local courthouse to get married, but Memphis, 39, convinced her to go all out for their big day.
“He wanted to have our family and friends celebrate our love and feel the love of that experience,” Christmas told E! News. “We chatted about a few ideas and then he planned it all! What he created was breathtaking. It’s what he does and he is excellent at it. Marrying him is the best blessing, the wedding is a bonus!”
If you didn’t know, Memphis and Christmas started dating in late 2020 after they met while filming Big Brother: All-Stars. They got engaged in June 2021.
