Benfica have reportedly rejected Manchester United's swap deal proposal for striker Darwin Nunez.
According to Correio da Manha, United have submitted an offer to the Portuguese side which is worth approximately £89m - £64m of which would be paid up front. The deal would also see Andreas Pereira move to Benfica.
The report adds that Benfica have rejected the deal as they are holding out for an extra £8.5m. His 34 goals in the last campaign have made Nunez a top target for some of Europe's biggest clubs.
