Scots Apprentice star Reece Donnelly has thanked his fans for the support after the first episode of the BBC show aired on Thursday.
Last night, Reece became the first Scots candidate to appear on the show in eight years and he sailed through to the next round as the boys' team raked up in the most profit during the first task in Antigua.
The 18 candidates are on a mission to impress Lord Sugar in a bid to become his next business partner and secure a £250,000 investment.
To celebrate the first episode, Reece held a private screening for his friends and family in the Blythswood Hotel in Glasgow and this morning it appears he is still on a total high from the first episode.
He took to Instagram to thank everyone for their support.
Speaking to the camera he said: "Good morning! I just wanted to jump on and thank everyone for their amazing messages overnight, what an episode! For six years the boys have been beaten in episode one and it took us eight idiots to rule the roost. So well done boysies, team Antigua, we smashed it!
"Last night was so nice, we went to the Blysthwood, so thank you so much to the Blythswood Hotel for having us last night to watch it with my family and close friends - it was so nice, all of my nearest and dearest had some laugh watching the episode and tonight we party as we celebrate the launch of the first episode.
"I just wanted to jump on and say I'm so glad everyone got to see it. We saw some Scottish selling last night, there's lots more of that to come, so I'll see you next week at the same time on BBC One."
He wrote: "About last night What a feeling, watching the first episode with my closest friends and family, we’ve been quiet for a long time about the process so it’s nice to celebrate it.
