Arctic Monkeys will play at Old Trafford on Friday June 2 as part of the band's newly announced 2023 UK tour but as demand for tickets rise so does the bid for a place to stay on the night.
The tour was announced on Friday and tickets go on pre-sale this Thursday, September 29. Tickets open for general sale this Friday, September 30 on Ticketmaster and SeeTickets.
The rock band's latest tour comes just one month after the release of their album, 'The Car', which has left many fans itching to catch a glimpse of them perform live. Tickets haven't even gone on sale yet and hotels in the area, closest to the Emirates Old Trafford Stadium are already selling out.

Having only announced the tour three days ago, the majority of nearby hotels are already fully booked, leaving what's left out of many people's budgets, especially when combined with the cost of tickets and travel to the show. Getting to the stadium is simple from Manchester Piccadilly, if you take the blue tram line towards Media City (the Salford Quays area), from here it is only a 12 minute walk to the stadium.
Salford Quays would be the ideal place for fans to stay, as it's only a short walk from the stadium but still close enough to good restaurants, bars and national train routes into Manchester city centre. However, when looking at the availability of hotels we only found one with space on that night.
Out of the six hotels we looked on Booking.com, Premier Inn, Holiday Inn, Travelodge, Corpthorne Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn and the Ibis, only one had availability.
