5 things I wish I knew before going to my first Grand Prix

WATCH BELOW: MH Interview: Daniel RicciardoTake it from someone who attended her very first Grand Prix – held at Albert Park in Melbourne from Thursday, March 30 to Sunday, April 2 – I’m glad I did my homework. From unpredictable weather conditions to long queues to even bigger crowds; there’s a lot I know now than I did walking through those gates the very first time. So, I thought I’d share a few tips on making it the best experience possible from someone who is now an official Grand Prix attendee.Chanelle Mansour at the 2023 Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.As thrilling as it is to watch the cars drive by at impeccable speeds down the track, often they’re moving too fast to even see who is who, making it hard to keep up with what position everyone is in.One of the ways around it is to open up Kayo Sports, pop in one AirPod and listen to the live commentary while watching the action on the track. This does wonders when it comes to actually knowing what is going on, as the speakers on the track can be drowned out by noise from the crowds and the cars.If you don’t have a subscription already, you can sign up for Kayo Sports with a 14-day free trial right here to watch F1 live and on-demand – either at the Grand Prix or at home. If, like me, you’re opting for a Park Pass then you’d be wise to come prepared for track conditions.

‘The Super Mario Bros. Movie’ Review: Chris Pratt Gives Iconic Gamer A Charming Toon-Up For The Big Screen

Widely considered to be one of the greatest videogame franchises ever, Super Mario Bros. is an iconic, generation-spanning success that has taken on many iterations to always keep up with the times. One area in which it failed miserably was the 1993 live-action film version that starred Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo as Mario and Luigi, Brooklyn-based plumbers who go on a fantastical adventure. It was a critical and commercial flop, though it managed to find some bit of a cult following in the ensuing decades.

Ridley Scott, Joaquin Phoenix Epic ‘Napoleon’ Gets Exclusive Theatrical Release Before Apple TV+ Debut

Brent Lang Executive Editor “Napoleon” will charge into movie theaters just in time for awards season. The historical epic from Ridley Scott (no slouch when it comes to directing lavish looks at the past and explorations of the warrior way) will open in cinemas exclusively on Nov. 22 before streaming globally on Apple TV+ on an undetermined date. Sony Pictures will partner with Apple on the theatrical rollout. “Napoleon” stars Joaquin Phoenix as the French emperor and military leader. Phoenix previously teamed with Scott on 2000’s mega-hit “Gladiator,” so there’s a track record there. But this film won’t be all Waterloo, all the time. In addition to epic battles, “Napoleon” will also look at the visionary commander’s volatile relationship with his wife, Josephine, who is played by Vanessa Kirby. Apple also released a first look image (above) from the film featuring Phoenix on horseback, saber unsheathed.
