The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is appealing for witnesses after a man was left seriously injured following a police chase.
The man, 27, came off an off-road e-bike in Shuttle Street, Tyldesley, last Sunday (June 6).
Just days earlier, Wigan police had fired a warning against riding off-road bikes on the borough's streets.
