Anne Heche is soon being taken off of life support.
The actress, who was declared brain dead on Friday (August 12), has found an organ recipient match and surgeons are going to begin the process.
The recipients have been identified and surgeons are ready to remove and then implant, according to TMZ on Sunday (August 14).
