‘Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ Halloween update arrives next week

Firaxis has announced a new free update for Civilization VI which will introduce a new scenario, inspired by the classic Sid Meier’s Pirates! game.The scenario directly pulls inspiration from Sid Meier’s Pirates!, according to associate producer Kevin Schultz in a new Game Update video, and can be played with up to four players.

Doctor Who will be receiving the video game treatment again next year as a new game has been announced for PC and consoles.Doctor Who: The Edge Of Reality is a follow-up to the VR-based Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time, and is again being developed by Maze Theory. The game is expected to arrive in Spring 2021 for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.The story will feature both the 13th Doctor, Jodie Whittaker, and the 10th Doctor, David Tennant.

Nintendo has just released a brand-new Kirby game, Kirby Fighters 2, which is available for the Nintendo Switch now.Kirby Fighters 2 is the sequel to 2014’s digital-only game, Kirby Fighters Deluxe, which itself was an upgraded and standalone version of the ‘Kirby Fighters’ mini-game from Kirby: Triple Deluxe.The new game is a 2D fighting game with some platforming elements.

Square Enix has revealed that Dragon Quest XI: Echoes Of An Elusive Age has successfully managed 6million sales.In a translated tweet on the official Dragon Quest XI: Echoes Of An Elusive Age’s Twitter page, the company celebrated the milestone that the game “has exceeded 6 million units,” and thanked fans for reaching that goal.The game originally released in 2018 on PC and PS4, with a Definitive Edition of the game released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch in 2019.
