Angela Scanlon has given birth to her second child with her husband Roy Horgan.The One Show host Angela, 38, is already a proud mum to daughter Ruby, three. Angela announced the happy news on her Instagram page. She posted a photo of the newborn tot laying on her chest for some special mum-and-baby bonding time.
As Angela shared the adorable photo of her newborn daughter, the presenter revealed she and husband Roy had named the little girl Marnie Fae Horgan and announced she was born on 11 February. BBC show host Angela had been patiently counting down the days to her tot's arrival ahead of the birth on her Instagram page. On Sunday 23 January, she shared sweet snaps of herself itching her bare baby bump as she asked followers in the caption: "Are we there yet?!" Angela added: "Have taken to whipping out my belly for a cheeky scratch wherever & whenever the urge hits "Sometimes I get caught," she then cheekily admitted. As well as feeling excitement ahead of baby number two, Angela also candidly confessed her nerves over preparing her daughter for becoming a big sister.
Angela posted an adorable series of photos showing her daughter pretending to be a doctor and listening to her bump with a toy stethoscope.The One Show star asked her followers for advice on getting her daughter used to the idea of having another baby around.
