A new study has revealed America’s favorite fast food restaurants and you might be surprised by some of the placements on this ranking.
The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) has released its annual restaurant survey for the 2021-2022 year.
The survey revealed that Americans’ satisfaction with fast food restaurants dropped by 2.6% in the last year, falling to a score of 76. Americans enjoy full-service restaurants more than fast food, giving those establishments an overall score of 80.
23 fast food restaurants were ranked in the survey and McDonald’s shockingly didn’t even make it into the top 20.
