Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden shared a rare snap of her and her lookalike sister via her Instagram story on Monday. In the first photo, which Amanda, 51, captioned "picnic time", she and Debbie Holden can be seen enjoying the glorious sunshine with dog Rudi. The Heart presenter has previously opened up about how her rescue dog, which she had adopted from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, had "saved her family during lockdown".
Amanda said: "I'm not sure what our family would have done without our rescue pets while we've been in lockdown. "They cheer us up every day, they give us a routine to focus on when we’re feeling overwhelmed. They make the kids laugh when they’re finding it hard and missing their friends." A later video on Amanda's Instagram story showed Rudi enjoying a dip in a nearby stream, with the caption #Rudi. The clip was accompanied by the Pharrell Williams' 'Happy' track. A second photo of the sisters showed the pair sitting on what appeared to be a blanket, whilst holding a drink.
The doppelgangers both wore black sunglasses with their hair down in waves. Later on in the evening Amanda revealed the reason behind their meeting was to celebrate Debbie's birthday as she turned 50. In a video, also on her Instagram story, Amanda's sister, 50, can be seen blowing out a candle on a small cupcake as everyone around her sang happy birthday.
Last month Amanda told her 1.8m followers that she had been unable to see her sister for more than two years. "Reunited after 2 years @deblholden #sisters," Amanda captioned a sweet post of them together. In the photo, both Debbie and Amanda could be seen in the same black sunglasses enjoying a drink of organic QV wine - made by former Made In Chelsea star Oliver
