New Mexico workplace safety regulators on Wednesday issued the maximum possible fine of nearly $137,000 against a film production company for firearms safety failures on the set of “Rust” where a cinematographer was fatally shot in October by actor and producer Alec Baldwin.

The New Mexico state agency tasked with investigating possible workplace safety violations on the set of Rust is “on track” to release its report by Thursday, according to a spokesperson for the New Mexico Environment Department.

Rak-Su’s Myles Stephenson has said that his band was “caught in the crossfire” during Little Mix’s falling out with Simon Cowell and his entertainment company, Syco. The band signed with Syco after winning The X Factor in 2017, while Little Mix won six years prior.

The duo – sisters Alyson Michalka, 33, and AJ Michalka, 30, — were inside their bus that was parked outside the Crest Theatre. “All of our thoughts are with the families of those who lost their lives and those recovering today. We’re praying for the health care workers caring for them. We hope all our fans made it home safe,” they tweeted.
