Alison Hammond has put her lavish £700,000 home on sale the same day former This Morning star Phillip Schofield left the beloved show.
Phillip, 61, announced over the weekend that he would be leaving the flagship ITV chat show after 21 years amid the recent speculation about his friendship with Holly Willoughby, 42. Fan favourite Alison, 48, and Dermot O'Leary took over the reins on Monday to present the show while Holly enjoys the half term break.
While fans are speculating about who will take over Phil's spot on the This Morning sofa, The Mirror reports that Alison put her four bedroom house on the market on Thursday.
A source recently told The Sun : "The timings are entirely coincidental but are, perhaps, telling. Alison loves that house but wants a fresh start. She’s incredibly in demand.
"It’s looking highly likely she will be asked to do more days a week on This Morning — and therefore she will be spending more time in London."
Alison has been a hot commodity in the industry in recent years, most recently landing the sought after gig on The Great British Bake Off following Matt Lucas's exit.
Alison has shown off her West Midlands home multiple times on This Morning over the years during cooking segments and her garden makeover.
