Carol Vorderman has been enjoying a sun-soaked getaway to Portugal, where she's been staying at a health retreat.The TV presenter, 61, visited Juicy Oasis, a firm favourite among celebrities, which sees people stick to a juice-based diet and take part in a number of activities which aim to enhance their health. Carol, who recently opened up about the symptoms she suffered when she experienced the menopause in her 50s, has been documenting her 18-day stay at the retreat on Instagram and has shown off her fitness progress. Over the course of her stay, the mum-of-two enjoyed swimming, yoga, spin classes, aqua aerobics and more.
