Whether it's staying awake due to a busy mind, or scrolling through your phone for hours on end, it can sometimes feel like getting a decent night's sleep in this modern society is more difficult than ever.
There are certainly a lot of remedies out there for you try to get into dreamland, but one woman swears she has found the cure and it's not sleeping pills.
Aldi shopper Lindsay took to social media after she tried the budget supermarket's Diplomat Night Time Tea to test out if it really could help her get to sleep, reports The Mirror.
The supermarket's tea is described as "a blend of chamomile flowers, liquorice root and lavender flowers" which are supposed to aid in relaxation.
As it turns out, this may be one of those sleep teas that actually work, judging from Lindsey's glowing verdict.
Lindsay was so impressed with the results of the relaxing tea she shared that it was "her best night's sleep in ages" to the Aldi Shoppers UK Facebook Group.
You don't just have to take Lindsey's word for it, as many other shoppers agreed that the tea was "soothing", as they shared their own positive experiences with the herbal brew.
One person said: "I've been taking the sleep one since 2 days ago and honestly it works better than sleeping pills and also works on my anxiety levels so I drink a cup here and then during the day....and the taste is lovely too."
"I love it. Perfect at bedtime when I’m reading x," wrote another impressed shopper.
A third wrote: "These are great."
Another wrote: "I love it. I take a cup up to bed and read for 30 mins before I turn the light out."
