Budget supermarket Aldi has issued an apology and an update to customers who are patiently waiting for some of their famed middle aisle products to arrive in stores.
The popular discounted chain's infamous range of products - also collectively known as Specialbuys - is a huge hit with shoppers who helped it to earn cult-like status for its range of unique items.
New products can usually be found every Thursday and Sunday, however, shoppers may have noticed that some new arrivals may be taking a bit longer than normal to arrive on the supermarket's shelves.
Aldi has since apologised for the delays and confirmed when some of the anticipated products should be arriving. In an update on their website, Aldi wrote: "Due to the current disruptions to global shipping, a number of Specialbuys may be delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
"We're doing all we can to provide clarity on expected availability dates, but these are subject to change. Dates will vary by store and by region."
Some of the products that are among those still waiting to land in stores include the fan-favourite Lacura Miracle Oil Spray and the Ambiano Coffee Capsule Machine.
