Aisleyne revealed to her 481,000 followers that she had contracted pneumonia and had no choice but to return to hospital after suffering with her health recently.The reality star shared a screenshot of the symptoms of pneumonia to her story and told fans: “The past 36 hours have been a blur…. “So tired of getting ill but nothing with defeat me… “I will bounce back, stronger.That’s a fact," followed by a 100 per cent emoji.The blonde beauty also shared a snap of herself linked up to a number of machines as she was monitored in the hospital.
