Prince William and Princess Catherine AKA Kate Middleton are gearing up to take on the US in a few months – and already have a jam-packed schedule!

Catherine, Princess of Wales (aka Kate Middleton) and Prince William, Prince of Wales, arrive for a surprise visit to the PIPS (Public Initiative for Prevention of Suicide and Self Harm) on Thursday (October 6) in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
