It won't be long before we're in the midst of the transfer window once again and it looks set to be another expensive one for Manchester United.

Harry Kane is currently the prime target and though he's approaching the final year of his contract, Tottenham are unlikely to let their talisman go on the cheap.
United are also eyeing another quality midfielder to bolster the ranks and, just like every club in Europe, they would love to sign Jude Bellingham, another player who would cost at least £100m. Frenkie De Jong is also a dream signing for Ten Hag, despite the Dutchman's insistence on staying at Barcelona.

With additional squad improvements needed alongside two marquee additions, United are bound to splash the cash once again in 2023. But as Ten Hag proved last year with the signing of Christian Eriksen, game-changing quality can be found in the free-agent market and it shouldn't be overlooked.
While United want an elite-level forward to finally bring the goals like Kane or Victor Osimhen, this season has shown the need for multiple options in the position so there may be a temptation to bring in another if possible. Especially as Anthony Martial has been placed on the transfer list.
